Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster Tails

  • Indulgent Garlic Butter Lobster Tails with Creamy Herb Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 4 lobster tails, thawed if frozen
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center, stopping at the tail. Gently pull the meat out, resting it on top of the shell. Pat dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring often, until slightly thickened.
  5. Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with foil. Spoon half of the creamy garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and lightly browned.
  7. Remove from oven, spoon remaining sauce over the cooked lobster, and garnish with chopped parsley.
  8. Serve hot with lemon wedges and your favorite sides.
